Venue & Travel

The easiest way to travel to Huddersfield is by train. It is on the main Trans-Pennine line between Manchester and Leeds and is also directly accessible from Manchester Airport (about a one-hour journey). Trains from London take about three hours, changing at either Manchester, Leeds or Wakefield. The University is about a ten-minute walk from Huddersfield train station. The Creative Arts Building (CAB) is close to the main university entrance.

For those driving, though there is no parking available on campus, a fairly cheap (£3.50) all-day privately-owned car park can be found close to the university on Colne Rd.
